Located just off Bruton Smith Boulevard (1-85, exit 49), the Tom Johnson Camping Center Racing Resort at Charlotte Motor Speedway is adjacent to zMAX Dragway and a short walk from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a short drive to Concord Mills. This full service RV camping area is available for each event held at Charlotte Motor Speedway, zMax Dragway and The Dirt Track and is also available for daily camping on non-event days. This campground features picnic tables in each spot, gravel pads, and asphalt roads. Your services include water & sewer hookups as well as electric service. Two (2) spot sizes are available: 20' x 50' and 30' x 50' .

Hellmann's Family Campground is located outside of Turns 3 and 4 of the speedway. It is primitive camping with a bath house located nearby and shuttle service to The Dirt Track and zMAX Dragway. Electrical, sewer, and water hook-ups are not available at each site, but a bath house is located nearby and water fill is available. Shuttle service will transport you to The Dirt Track and zMAX Dragway.
